We receive organically grown, hand pressed, KOKO by the pound. KOKO is a dark finely ground powder formulated from locally sourced cocoa beans. This KOKO is a unique commodity as it is not factory processed or delivered, it is all sourced from village families who have passed down a special handmade cooking practice through many generations.
